Senior Parking

Class of 2027: Congratulations! You are SENIORS now!

It's time to plan for painting your senior parking spot.

 

Complete the forms and pay the fees.

(We are NOT doing Lunch Out, IDs, Schedules and such until your senior check in day, July 29. We're only handling parking for seniors right now.)

You must still meet all standard requirements of at least a 2.0 GPA, below 10% unexcused absences, and no financial obligations. If you don't meet the requirements (from the end of last year), you will be denied a parking pass.

  • Complete the school's parking application: https://www.uhstitans.com/student-life/student-parking 

  • Pay the $50 parking pass fee in VPortal starting July 20.

  • So far, 97 seniors turned in a Senior Specialty Parking form to request a spot for painting. If you haven't yet, get a paper copy from the school's front office or email Mr. Haught at bkhaught@volusia.k12.fl.us or through ParentSquare.

  • Pay the $25 Senior Specialty Parking fee in VPortal starting July 20.

Your spot is NOT reserved, even if you have done all of the above, until the day you come to the school in person to get your decal. That is when you can choose your spot.

 

Get your Decal & Start Painting

Carefully read the below schedule and use it to plan when you go to school to get your decal and to paint. There are six total paint sessions (three during the day and three during the evening), weather permitting.

  • Monday July 20: NO PAINTING. Go to the front office to turn in forms and get your decal.

  • Tuesday July 21: NO PAINTING. Go to the front office to turn in forms and get your decal.

  • Wednesday July 22: Evening paint session. Go to the student parking lot to turn in forms, get your decal and paint 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

  • Thursday July 23: Day paint session. Go to the student parking lot to turn in forms, get your decal and paint 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

  • Friday July 24: NO PAINTING. School closed.

  • Monday July 27: NO PAINTING. Go to the GYM to turn in forms and get your decal.

  • Tuesday July 28: Evening paint session. Go to the student parking lot to turn in forms, get your decal and paint 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

  • Wednesday July 29: Day paint session. Go to the student parking lot to turn in forms, get your decal and paint 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

  • Thursday July 30: Evening paint session. Go to the student parking lot to turn in forms, get your decal and paint 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

  • Friday July 31: NO PAINTING. School closed.

  • Saturday August 1: Day paint session. Go to the student parking lot to turn in forms, get your decal and paint 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

 

Senior Parking Lot is moving!

Senior parking is now going to be in the student lot closest to building 1A.

This year all students in the student parking lot will be entering and leaving school through the front office and NOT the doors by the auditorium. This is for the entire day, every day, including morning and lunch out. This new senior lot will put you closest to the front office.
