Accounting Career Awareness Program
The Accounting Career Awareness Program (ACAP®) is an innovative career development program designed specifically for minority students who are entering their junior and senior years in high school. Its primary objective is to increase the number of high school students from underrepresented ethnic groups to attend college and are interested in business, finance, accounting or economics. Students will stay in the dorms of UCF for a week; July 8 – July 13, 2012. The program will consist of workshops, field trips and fun activities. Based on the information, the cost is only $25. If you cannot afford to pay the $25, the fee can be waived. This event is sponsored by the local NABA (National Association of Black Accountants) Chapter. The original deadline has been extended to April 20th. More details and the application please visit the website: can be found here: http://www.wix.com/nabaorlando/naba-acap
